Use of the extension

My AI Off is provided as a browser customization tool. It locally hides, marks, or reduces selected AI-related interface elements on supported websites. You are responsible for deciding which modules to enable and which website permissions to grant.

Supported surfaces

Version 1 is designed for Chrome and Microsoft Edge desktop browsers, plus supported web surfaces including Google Search, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and the extension New Tab page. Mobile apps and native browser UI controls are outside the supported scope unless explicitly added later.

Platform limits

Some AI features are controlled by Google, Meta, YouTube, browser vendors, or other platform owners. My AI Off does not promise to disable all AI everywhere. It performs local interface cleanup where browser extension APIs and page structure allow it.

No guarantee of uninterrupted behavior

Supported websites may change their layouts, labels, page structure, routes, or experiments at any time. Those changes can affect detection or hiding behavior. My AI Off may update selectors, dictionaries, and rules in future extension releases.

Permissions and user control

The extension requests host access only when a related module is enabled. If permission is denied, that module may not work. You can disable modules, revoke site permissions in Chrome or Microsoft Edge, reset extension settings, or uninstall the extension at any time.

myaioff.com provides product information, comparisons, guides, blog content, contact forms, and subscription flows for product evaluation, education, comparison, and general research.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of myaioff.com or the extension.

• Do not copy substantial parts of the site to create a competing publication or misleading duplicate.
